You can order online through our PayPal portal at any time. It’s quick, easy, secure and you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use this system.

PayPal lets you use a range of credit and debit cards to pay for your purchases without creating a PayPal account. Simply look out for the section on the left hand side of the PayPal page that says “Don’t have a PayPal account?”

All DermaSilk® prices are in Australian Dollars. If you are paying in a currency other than Australian dollars (e.g. New Zealand Dollars), please order as normal. The prices will be shown in AUD but your receipt will be produced in your local currency. Don't forget to select your country of origin on the PayPal order form.

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Freight is charged at a fixed rate and deliveries are made by a courier company, no signature will be required.



All orders will occur a delivery charge of AUD $9.90 within Australia. For more information on delivery charges and options to other countries please click here.

We will endeavour to have your order delivered within 7 business days.

If delivery is delayed due to an ordered item being out of stock we will inform you immediately and keep you informed of progress until delivery is made.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If a garment proves unsuitable, we will refund or exchange it providing that it is returned to us at the address above within 14 days of delivery, is carefully packed in its original packaging and has not been worn. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any garment which does not conform to these conditions. Please remember that you are responsible for any returned goods until they are delivered to us. We would therefore recommend that you get a proof of posting certificate just in case it fails to reach us. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
